“Extra functions for Internet Explorer”
IEPlus works as a Firefox extension, only that it's intended to be used with Internet Explorer. That is, it adds new functionality to the web browser to make it easier and more comfortable to use.
Among these new functions, you'll find an ad filter, support for mouse gestures, extended drag-and-drop function, shortcuts to the most visited URLs and a special manager for browser's history. We particularly liked the mouse gestures tool, which makes browsing between different pages quick and convenient. However, we had problems with the ad filter, as it seemed to be filtering more than just simple ads –once active, half the images on a website were gone.
In any case, IEPlus is a good add-on for Internet Explorer that doesn't interfere with normal web browsing and can be really helpful.

- Ads filter stops to function due to confliction with some other IE addons
- Program setup failure on some machines
- Change Favorites folder takes no effect for some special folder
- The rare bug that sometimes ads filter might make a page hang up
- History restore page might loss some sites(bug introduced in 1.4)
- Ctrl+Enter leads to a search from address bar rather than a URL completion(bug introduced in 1.4)
